How can I place an order?


You can place an order directly through our website. Browse products, select your size and quantity, and proceed to checkout.

  • Karachi: 2–4 business days
  • Other cities in Pakistan: 3–7 business days
  • International: Delivery times vary by location and shipping method.


Delivery may take longer during sales, holidays, or unforeseen delays.

  • Orders above PKR 5,000: Free Delivery
  • Orders under PKR 5,000: Flat PKR 250
  • International: Charges vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message via SMS or email.

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Not eligible: Sale items, customized orders, worn/washed items, and hygiene-sensitive items like innerwear.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item delivered was incorrect or defective.

  • You can choose an exchange or store credit.
  • Cash refunds are issued only if a replacement is unavailable for incorrect or defective items.
  • If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with photos or proof.
  • BinSaeed is not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Yes, we ship internationally. Delivery times and charges vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
