Return and Refund Policy
No reimbursements in cash.
Items bought during sales or promotions are final sale and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or returned.
Products cannot be exchanged for this reason because of the variations in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo shoots, which can cause the final item’s color or texture to slightly differ from what is seen on screen. If there are any manufacturing defects with the product(s) you get, you will be able to exchange them or get a refund.
Our policy is “No Refund.” Refunds, however, might be permitted in rare circumstances such when the product is defectively manufactured or is out of stock.
For online orders placed from overseas, we are not currently able to offer exchanges or refunds.
Please be aware that if you paid with a credit card, your refund will be issued once the faulty item has been processed and returned. After we receive the returned items, it may take up to 15 working days to process your payment refund.
Due to product unavailability or for any other reason, the company retains the right to cancel any order at any time. Customer will receive an email notification.
Order inquiries will only be responded to within 15 working days of the order being placed.
After seven days of delivery, orders will no longer be subject to claims or complaints.
Orders placed through wallet accounts (Jazzcash, Easypaisa, Upaisa, Zindagi) and IBFT for the aforementioned reasons may only be partially refunded in the form of online redeemable coupons.
